Empowering Rural Talent

Pushpa for Potential under Pushpaleela Foundation is a non-profit charity organization that aims to empower rural talent. We believe that every individual has the potential to achieve great things, and we are committed to creating opportunities for them to succeed. Through our initiatives, we strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in rural areas, helping them realize their dreams and aspirations.

Our organization uses funds collected to organize Kabaddi competitions, provide education and sport scholarships, offer clean drinking water, and conduct business and financial literacy workshops. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment that nurtures talent and fosters growth. By focusing on education, sports, and essential life skills, we aim to equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive.

About the Founder

Founder and executive director Nehan Reddy is an ambitious high school student based in Sydney, Australia. He was inspired to start Pushpa for Potential by the local kids with whom he first played Kabaddi on annual family trips. Ever since then, he has been dedicated to globalizing the Indian sport as well as empowering the talent observed. Aside from this nonprofit, Nehan is involved in several other programs, including founding the Investment Club at his school, Future Leaders for Gender Equality and the Youth Investment Society.
